Advocate Zargar Patnavi Urges Swift Action on Daily Wagers’ Regularisation, Thanks J&K Govt for Forming ReT Transfer Committee.
Jammu, December 24, 2025, Advocate Zargar Patnavi, National Chief Patron of All India Voice of Employees, has called upon the Union Government and the Jammu and Kashmir Administration to take immediate and decisive steps to resolve the long-pending issue of daily wagers without further delay.
In a press statement issued today, Patnavi emphasised the urgent need for regularisation and justice for daily-rated workers across various departments, highlighting the humanitarian and administrative aspects of their prolonged struggle.
At the same time, he expressed gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir Government for constituting a committee to frame a uniform transfer policy for Regularised Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers. Patnavi noted that he had raised this demand on November 29, 2025, and welcomed the government’s responsive action in addressing the concerns of the teaching community.
